BROADMOOR RESIDENCE
Nestled in the quaint clearing among the trees of Broadmoor Valley, this residence was conceived from the restraints of the site. Needing to touch the earth lightly, the primary mass floats above the meadow floor and is grounded on each end. The east side sits atop a lower guest suite and office, and the west meets the upslope of the Earth. The programmatic spaces have a proportional spatial relationship to the natural surroundings. The kitchen and living room are the most elevated, presenting the broadest views of the surrounding landscape.
