TELLURIDE RESIDENCE

Tomecek Studio is currently designing a custom residence in the Aldasoro Ranch neighborhood of Telluride. The lot perches high above the main town access road below. The residence capitalizes on views to Grant Peak, Sunshine Mountain and the local ski slopes to the southeast. The project will be constructed of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) and Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for maximum strength and energy efficiency. The material pallet includes limestone, wood and steel paneling with wide flange steel beam and columns.
