RAILSIDE OVERLOOK
The Globeville project is juxtaposed between a railroad track, a green corridor, and neighborhood park. The program uniquely provides storage for the clients' 40-foot recreation vehicle and workshop on the ground level supporting a modern penthouse flat overlooking the city of Denver. The industrial influenced design takes cues from the rail line on the property's northern edge. The elegant and refined upper floor suite floats high above the neighborhood facing the unobstructed panoramic views of the city skyline and mountains beyond.
