FOUNTAINTREE RESIDENCE
The architectural characteristics of this home are largely a result of the challenging site. The home will be elevated on a set of structural piers to minimize site disturbance and what would pose a challenging excavation. A single linear volume gently bends to hug the hillside. The entrance of the home denotes the beginning of a procession that follows the curve of the site and terminates with vast views toward Denver, Boulder, and the plains.
